United Test & Balance was contracted to provide the TAB Services for the Lott Cleanwater Alliance’s new building. The project was completed on time and below budget.

This was a renovation of an existing Vertical Packaging facility. The systems consisted of Hot and Chilled Water, Large Central Station Modular Air Handlers, and VAV Boxes. United provided both the Test and Balance, as well as the Commissioning Services.

Restaurant, Retail and Grocery Stores

Working with the Owner’s representative, United provides TAB Services that meet a very tight deadline. The stores usually consist of 15+ Lennox RTUs, 2 Munter’s DOAUs, 12+ Exhaust Fans, and 5+ Kitchen Hoods.

United Test & Balance has assisted with the large scale replacement of Rooftop Units on Walgreens across the Pacific Northwest. The projects involved auditing, adjusting the units, and replacing sheaves. 

Being from the Seattle, working on Starbucks projects is a given! We have been the contractor of choice for multiple General Contractors involved in new Starbucks, and Renovations.
