Test & Balance
United was built around test & balance, and it is still our primary focus. Using current instrumentation and reporting, we verify and adjust systems to the design intent.

Commissioning

Building Envelope Testing

Duct Leakage Testing
Duct air leakage testing is the only way to verify a system is properly installed before start-up and insulation, when deficiencies can still be corrected.
